Vibration Analyst & Rotor Dynamics Expert (YP-3): B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) + Vibration Analyst Cat-II Certification; 10 years in Condition Monitoring, 3 years in an Integrated Steel Plant Blast Furnace Process Expert (YP-2): B.E./B.Tech (Metallurgical); 6 years in Blast Furnace operations, Integrated Steel Plant Civil / Structural Design Engineer: B.E./B.Tech (Civil); 3 years as Design Engineer in Structural/Civil works Engineer, Electrical & Automation: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics); 3 years in Electrical Maintenance & Automation, steel/rolling mills AI Engineer: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA; 3 years in P

Screening of applications for eligibility. Selection through Computer Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interaction, or Personal Interaction only, depending on the post. CBT: 100 MCQs in 90 minutes - 50 on Technical/Professional knowledge, 50 on Aptitude. Shortlisting for Personal Interaction in ratio of 1:3 based on CBT merit. Final merit list: CBT and Personal Interaction weightage of 80:20. If Personal Interaction only, minimum qualifying mark is 50%.
