Sikkim PSC Accounts Clerk / Junior Storekeeper Recruitment 2026 – 50 Posts, Apply Online by 31 July 2026

This recruitment is exclusively for local candidates of Sikkim. Posts are in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix of the Sikkim Sub Ordinate Accounts Service. Only online applications are accepted - no other mode of submission will be entertained.

The total 50 vacancies are distributed across multiple reservation categories as per the Government of Sikkim's reservation policy. Women candidates have specific reserved posts in several categories; where sufficient eligible women candidates are not available to fill 33% of the reserved posts, those unfilled vacancies will be filled by male candidates of the same reserved category as per Notification No. M(14)/136/GEN/DOP dated 26.11.2018. SPSC will conduct a Written Examination for shortlisting candidates. The selection stages are as follows: Written Examination - Candidates are admitted provisionally, subject to satisfying all eligibility conditions. Document Scrutiny - Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for verification of original documents. Selected candidates will be placed in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix of the Sikkim Sub Ordinate Accounts Service under the Finance Department, Government of Sikkim. However, during the period of Probation, Apprenticeship, or Training, pay shall be governed by Notification No. 489/GEN/DOP dated 31.10.2011.
