Applications must be submitted by hand at the designated office address. The submission details are as follows: Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Sivasagar (Nazir Section), District - Sivasagar, Assam Candidates must submit their applications to the Nazir Section office room in the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Sivasagar.

Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and must have passed the HSLC or equivalent examination. A recognized certificate or knowledge in land surveying from a recognized institute is required. The applicant must be able to write and speak Assamese fluently. The candidate must be a sound financial guarantor as per rules, capable of depositing security money as required for the Mouzadar post, and must be able to perform outdoor duties in local areas under the Nazira sub-division of Sivasagar district. The applicant must not have been convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude.

The selection process consists of application screening followed by an interview. Application Screening: Applications are scrutinized for completeness, required qualifications, and supporting documents. Interview: Eligible shortlisted candidates are called for an interview.
