For Teaching Assistant (M.Tech/M.E. Qualification): 1st Class or an equivalent CGPA (Min 6.5 on the scale of 10) in M. Tech./M.E. and 1st Class or an equivalent CGPA (Min 6.5 on the scale of 10) in B. Tech./B.E with Good Academic Record. For Teaching Assistant (Ph.D. Qualification): Ph. D. (in appropriate branch) with 1st Class or an equivalent CGPA (Min 6.5 on the scale of 10) in B. Tech./B.E. and 1st Class or an equivalent CGPA (Min 6.5 on the scale of 10) in M. Tech./M.E. with Good Academic Record.

For Teaching Assistant (M.Tech/M.E. Qualified): Rs.45,000/- For Teaching Assistant (Ph.D. Qualified): Rs.60,000/-
