TMC has announced a total of 61 posts across three categories under this recruitment drive. The post-wise vacancy break-up, including category-wise reservation, is given below. Note: The category-wise figures listed for GNM (Female) in the notification add up to 26, while the notification states the post total as 28. This discrepancy exists in the original document and is flagged here rather than corrected. The category-wise figures for GNM (Male) and MPW add up correctly to their stated totals.

Candidates must hold the qualification specified for the post they are applying for, along with the required professional registration where applicable. The notification also states that the required educational qualification must have been obtained from a UGC-recognized university, and candidates applying for medical/paramedical posts must have valid registration with the relevant council.

Selected candidates will be engaged on a contractual basis for 11 months and 29 days, and paid a consolidated monthly remuneration as follows: The notification clarifies that these are consolidated contractual posts and not regular state government posts; selected candidates cannot claim regularization on a permanent government post.

The fee must be paid through a Demand Draft from a nationalized bank, drawn in favour of "Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society." The application fee is non-refundable.

Selection will be made on a 100-point merit scale based on the following criteria: Marks obtained in the qualifying exam (final year), converted to a percentage-based proportion out of 50 marks Additional educational qualification beyond the minimum required, up to a maximum of 20 marks Relevant work experience in the post applied for, at 6 marks per year, up to a maximum of 30 marks Based on this merit list, candidates will be called for document verification in a 1:3 ratio against the number of vacancies. Candidates absent on the day of document verification will be declared ineligible, and the next eligible candidate on the merit list will be given a chance.
