UP Anganwadi Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 336 Anganwadi Worker Posts in Meerut District

Village Sabha/Ward-wise vacancy details along with reservation and complete eligibility criteria are displayed on the notice boards of the District Collectorate, Vikas Bhavan, Tehsil, and Development Block offices of Meerut, and are also uploaded on upanganwadibharti.in. The number of advertised vacant posts may increase or decrease depending on special circumstances.

Minimum: Intermediate (12th pass) Maximum: Postgraduate The merit list will be prepared based on the candidate's educational qualification within this range. The date of birth recorded in the candidate's High School mark sheet/certificate will be considered valid for age calculation. Only female candidates are eligible to apply for these posts. The candidate must be a permanent resident of the Gram Sabha/Ward (for urban areas) corresponding to the vacant post applied for. Applications from candidates belonging to any other Gram Sabha/Ward will not be considered valid.

Selected candidates will be appointed on an honorarium (मानदेय) basis, as per the applicable Uttar Pradesh Government Order. The exact monthly honorarium amount is not specified in this notification.

Selection is based on a merit list prepared according to the candidate's educational qualification, as per the criteria laid down in Uttar Pradesh Government Order No. 1/1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025 (1917687) dated 17.09.2025. A district-level Selection Committee has been constituted for this recruitment, and the Committee's decision will be final and binding.
