UP Anganwadi Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 508 Anganwadi Worker Posts in Ghaziabad District

The vacancies are distributed across five Child Development Project blocks as follows: The full gram sabha/ward-wise breakup and reservation details for the above posts, along with eligibility criteria, have been displayed on the notice boards of the District Collectorate, Vikas Bhawan, Tehsil, District Programme Office (Child Development), and the respective Block Development/Child Development Project offices. Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th) or equivalent. Maximum qualification: Postgraduate or equivalent. Only female candidates are eligible to apply for the advertised posts. The applicant must be a permanent resident of the Ward (in urban areas) or Gram Sabha where the vacant post is located. If an eligible candidate belonging to the required category is not available within that Gram Sabha, permanent residency of the corresponding Nyaya Panchayat is mandatory instead. The applicant's age, as on the cut-off date of 1 July 2026, should not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years.

Only female candidates are eligible to apply for the advertised posts. Candidates must ensure they meet the ward/gram sabha (or Nyaya Panchayat, where applicable) domicile requirement for the specific post applied for. Applicants should study the Government Order dated 17 September 2025 thoroughly before applying, as the recruitment process will be based entirely on that order.
