Who Can Register for WBJEE BPharm Round 3 Counselling 2026

As per the official counselling notification, the following categories of candidates are eligible for fresh choice filling in Round 3:

• Candidates registering fresh for the first time in Round 3.
• Candidates who were not allotted any seat in Round 1 or Round 2.
• Candidates whose seat was cancelled in Round 2 during document verification.
• Candidates allotted a seat in the 2nd or later choice in Round 2 but who remained non-responsive (whether or not they paid the seat acceptance fee).
• Candidates who were allotted a seat in the 2nd or later choice in Round 1, opted for "Yes" upgradation, and either retained that seat through Round 2 or were upgraded during Round 2.

How to Apply: WBJEE BPharm Round 3 Registration 2026

• Visit the official WBJEEB counselling portal at wbjeeb.nic.in.
• Go to the "Examinations" menu, select "WBJEE," and locate the Round 3 Pharmacy counselling registration/candidate login link on the WBJEE page.
• Log in using your WBJEE application number/roll number and password (fresh candidates will need to complete new registration first).
• Enter the required academic details, including Class 10 and Class 12 marks as prompted.
• Pay the applicable registration fee online, where required.
• Browse and select your preferred institutes and courses from the eligible list shown (candidates are advised to select at least 20 choices to improve allotment chances).
• Arrange your selected choices in genuine order of preference.
• Review carefully, then lock your choices before the deadline of August 23, 2026 - choices cannot be edited after locking or after the deadline.
• Download and save the confirmation page for your records.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates must enter their academic information with utmost care - WBJEEB does not permit amendments after final submission, and the Board is not liable for allotment issues caused by inaccurate data entry.
• If a candidate does not lock their choices by the deadline, the last saved choices will be considered final and locked automatically.
• Providing incorrect, false, or misleading information at any stage can lead to cancellation of allotment or admission.
• The Board will not convert or de-reserve vacant seats under SC, ST, OBC, PwD, TFW, or EWS categories into the general/unreserved category in any round, including Round 3.
• Candidates are advised to regularly check the WBJEEB website for notices, corrigenda, and schedule updates, as the published schedule is subject to change.
