The recruitment drive offers a total of 2 vacancies across two specific designations under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission.

The minimum age is 21 years and the maximum age is 35 years for general category candidates, calculated as on 01 January 2025. Under no circumstances shall the maximum age exceed 45 years.

Contractual staff are not entitled to any pension, gratuity, or death-cum-retirement benefits.

Selection is based on a merit list compiled from academic marks and experience scores, followed by a Written/Skill Test. Marks are distributed as follows: 35 marks for graduation percentage weightage, 20 marks for 12th standard percentage weightage, 20 marks for 10th standard percentage weightage, 10 marks for experience beyond minimum required (2 marks per completed full year of experience up to a maximum of 10 marks), 5 marks for experience of working in Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihoods Mission (1 mark per completed full year up to a maximum of 5 marks), and 10 marks for the written/skill test, making a total of 100 marks.

Contract appointment is initially for one year, subject to satisfactory annual performance evaluation and departmental requirements.
