Candidates must possess an overall experience of at least 20 years in different verticals in Co-operative / SFB / Public Sector or Private Sector Bank, with varied domains experience in Credit / Risk Management / Legal / Compliance / Operations / IT / Audit. Candidates must also have Executive / Board level exposure such as General Manager & above in any banking organisation having a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Between 50 to 65 years of age. The age criteria may be relaxed in case of deserving candidates and exponential credentials.

Salary & Emoluments : Commensurate with qualification and experience.

Selection of candidate will be based on past experience and performance in interview, with relaxations considered in age or qualification criteria if the candidate is found suitable for the post.

Appointment will be on a probationary basis for a period of 1 year, depending upon the decision of the Management Committee and approval from the Reserve Bank of India.
