Candidates who had applied and paid the fee under Bank Recruitment Notification No. 12:2026–27 dated 06.04.2026 and who wish to apply for the same posts in the current notification must mandatorily re-apply online. They must clearly mention the previous registration number and re-upload all required documents. No separate fee payment is required for those posts. Candidates who had applied and downloaded the application under the 06.04.2026 notification must register freshly with a new registration number, re-submit, and upload documents as per current requirements. Once Application Re-submit is done, it cannot be re-edited and fees paid will not be refunded. Each post still requires a separate application; one Application Re-submit per post is allowed. Information regarding re-application will be communicated via SMS and email to the registered mobile number and email ID of candidates who had previously applied and downloaded their application under the earlier notification.
For candidates claiming reservation benefits:
SC (Category A, B, C) / ST / Pangada candidates: Upload certificate in Form-D Category-1 candidates: Upload certificate in Form-E Category-2A, 2B, 3A, 3B candidates: Upload certificate in Form-F, obtained from the concerned Tahsildar; these certificates for Backward Hindu categories must be valid within 5 years from the date of application.
Rural Candidate Reservation:
Rural candidates must have studied from Class 1 to Class 10 in a village (rural area) under the current rules; certificate must be current and valid. SC/ST/Pangada candidates claiming Rural reservation must submit Form-2 rural reservation certificate. General category candidates claiming rural reservation must submit Form-1 rural certificate along with proof that they are not otherwise listed as urban. General category, SC/ST/Pangada, Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B candidates who fail to submit the required rural reservation certificate will be treated as ineligible for rural reservation. Note: Certificate in Form-2 must be obtained from the Headmaster of the school where the candidate studied and attested by the concerned field education officer.
Kannada Medium Candidates:
Candidates claiming Kannada Medium reservation must submit a certificate from the Headmaster of the school where they studied Kannada medium along with date of school's issue, signed certificate, and must be held valid as on the last date of application. Original copies must be produced at verification. If not produced, the Kannada Medium reservation will be cancelled.
Scheme-Deprived (Yojane Nirashritha) Candidates:
Must produce a certificate from the concerned Tahsildar in the prescribed format as per current rules. Certificate must be valid up to the last date of application and must be current.
Ex-Servicemen:
Ex-Serviceman means a person who has served in any rank (combatant or non-combatant) in the Central Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) - excluding persons who served in Defence Security Corps, General Reserve Engineering Force, Lok Sahayak Sena, and Para-Military Forces. Family members (spouse/husband/wife and children, including adopted children) of persons who died while serving in Central Armed Forces are eligible for Ex-Servicemen reservation; however, age relaxation will not be provided to them. Eligible cases for Ex-Servicemen reservation: Retired voluntarily from such service after receiving pension; OR Released from military service on medical grounds with medical and physical disability pension; OR Released from service due to reduction of personnel; OR Released from service after completing specific service and receiving gratuity, after fulfilling period of service - including: persons retired from continuous service, persons with physical disability due to military service, and gazette prize winners. Persons currently re-employed in government service after retiring from military service must apply for military reservation through their current service NOC before appointment; they are allowed to enjoy all benefits available to ex-servicemen during re-employment, but the bank will not be responsible if they are not matched with the post. They must submit their discharge certificate before applying. Ex-servicemen applicants, persons dependent on ex-servicemen who were killed or permanently disabled while in service - (spouse/husband/wife and children, including adopted children) - are eligible for Ex-Servicemen reservation benefits. Age relaxation will not be provided to dependents. They must submit the discharge certificate and permanence/gratuity certificate; at the time of original document verification, original copies must be produced.
Differently-Abled (Physically Challenged) Candidates:
Only candidates with a minimum of 40% benchmark disability certified by the District-level Medical Board in the prescribed Government format (NOT in any other format) are eligible for differently-abled reservation. Certificate must be issued in the prescribed Government notification format. Differently-Abled candidates who require a scribe for the written examination must upload a special medical certificate from the Medical Board stating that they are unable to write due to physical disability. The scribe requirement must be indicated at the time of application in the specified field in the online application; only when required, the candidate may request a scribe from the examination centre authority.
Applications must be submitted Online only at https://www.bellarydcc.bank.in; no other mode is accepted. Candidates must mandatorily keep Kannada language proficiency - it is essential for all posts. Information provided by candidates at the time of application regarding category, date of birth, educational qualification, age relaxation, etc., can only be for consideration purposes and will not be changed later; no request for change will be entertained afterward. Incomplete applications, applications without photo/signature, or applications with incorrect information will be summarily rejected. Candidates must self-attest all documents and mandatorily upload them online. Candidates must keep a printout of the submitted application for their own reference. Admit cards for the written examination and date/venue/time of interview will be communicated via SMS, email, or the Bank's website; admit cards will NOT be sent by post. The Bank/external body reserves the right to advance, postpone, cancel, and change the rules of the recruitment process at any time without giving any reason. The decision of the Bank's Board/Staff Recruitment Committee shall be final in all matters relating to recruitment; no correspondence will be entertained. Candidates must serve a probation period of 2 years after selection. Selected candidates will be provided security deposit and personal bond as informed by the Bank; they must sign a contract and pay the prescribed security deposit on joining. This recruitment is subject to directions and orders of the Karnataka Government / High Court during the recruitment notification period. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. No correspondence regarding recruitment will be entertained from any candidate after the process has concluded.
