B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication, Post-Graduation Diploma in Audio Visual, Graduate, MCA

Technical Manpower 1 (SATCOM Operations): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/ CPI from recognized university with minimum 15 years of total experience. Should have experience in TV Studio & DTH TV Telecast setup as given below: Conceptualization, Designing, Integration, Installation & Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance of Studio, Programme Control Room & Master Control Room, Content management & Playout system, Compression chain, Content contribution & distribution system equipment, Operations of Baseband and RF Test & measurement equipment, Electrical load calculation, Configuration of Network security equipment & Designing of Intra Network, Use of Open-source tools & software, Managing operations & maintenance activities, Providing training for Designing, Integration, Configuration, Testing and operation & maintenance, Procurement of equipment. Technical Manpower 2 (SATCOM Operations): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/ CPI from recognized university with minimum 7 years of total experience. Should have experience in TV Studio & DTH TV Telecast setup as given below: Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance, Documentation for project conceptualization to execution, Procurement of equipment, Preparing Agreements & MoU for DTH/VSAT services, Processing of invoices, receipts, payments and financial transactions related to DTH service, Co-ordination with stake holders. Technical Manpower 3 (Content Development): 1) Post-Graduation Diploma in Audio Visual with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI from recognized university with minimum 9 years of total experience. 2) Any Graduate with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI from the recognized university with minimum 4 years of total experience. Should have experience in AV content development as given below: Audio-Video Production and Post-Production based on Script, shot list and storyboard etc. as per project requirement, Use of Video editing & Animation (2D & 3D) software like Adobe, FCP and Autodesk etc., Use of Open-source software like Blender, Image Magick etc., Use of centralized Rendering Farm System, Managing multiple projects simultaneously, Management of video assets and project files, Analysis of video with respect to framing, composition, and shooting, Leading and mentoring a team. Technical Manpower 4 (Uplink Teleport): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/ CPI from recognized university with minimum 2 years of total experience. Should have experience in DTH TV Uplink Teleport as given below: Operation & Maintenance of Uplink Antenna systems, Installation, Configuration, Operations & Maintenance of RF equipment like modulators, up converters, amplifiers, waveguides, dehydrators, Operations of various Test & Measurements equipment for RF, Electrical, Baseband, Operations of various Computer operating systems and applications, such as Linux, Windows, MS Office, LibreOffice, OpenOffice etc. Technical Manpower 5 (Software): B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) or MCA with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI in qualifying degree from recognized university with minimum 10 years of total experience. Should possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience in handling IT/e-Governance/GIS/Digital Transformation projects. The candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients for effective implementation and timely delivery of project objectives.
