A total of 60 contractual posts are to be filled across 19 designations. The table below gives the post-wise vacancy count with category-wise breakup (UR/OBC/SC/ST); figures in square brackets indicate posts reserved for candidates with disabilities (Divyang) within that category. Educational qualification, monthly salary, and programme for each post are given below. Eligibility is assessed as on the notification date; all educational and other qualifications must be complete by then, and no certificate issued after the last date of application will be accepted.

Salary is a fixed monthly contractual honorarium ranging from ₹10,000 (Class 4 posts) to ₹27,500 (Dental Surgeon), depending on the post - see the table above for post-wise figures. Candidates will be shortlisted and selected as follows: Educational Qualification – 65% weightage: based on the average percentage of marks obtained across all years of the Graduation/Post-Graduation qualification (grade-to-percentage conversion applies where relevant, per the grading scheme followed by the candidate's institution) Skill Test / Written Test – 20 marks: conducted post-wise (written or computer-based, as applicable); candidates must score a minimum of 30% to remain eligible Experience – 10 or 15 marks: only experience relevant to the applied post is counted. Only candidates who are original residents of Chhattisgarh are eligible; a residence certificate is mandatory at the time of document verification.
