Nationality: Applicant must be a citizen of India and registered with the State Bar Council under the Advocates Act. Practice Experience: Must be actively practicing as an advocate in courts as determined under the rules for at least 7 years. Tax Status: Must be an Assessee of Income Tax for at least the three preceding financial years from the year of application. Professional Standing: Must be an advocate with good reputation among all sections of society (male, female, and transgender).

The selection is based on evaluation of experience and suitability of candidates from the panel formed by the District Magistrate, Arwal, in consultation with the District and Sessions Judge, Arwal, under the provisions of the Bihar Vidhi Padadhikari (Vachanbaddh) Niyamawali, 2023.
