Selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated pay during the first year of the contract, with an annual increase applicable in subsequent years.

The fee must be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, or Internet Banking via the official application portal between 17 August 2026 and 04 September 2026. No other mode of payment is accepted, and candidature is considered only on receipt of the fee where applicable. No refund is given after successful submission or withdrawal of an application.

The CSL Recruitment 2026 selection process is conducted out of 100 marks at CSL, Kochi. Based on the number of applications received, CSL may shortlist candidates by scrutinising eligibility through the certificates uploaded during application. Only shortlisted candidates are permitted to attend the selection process, and original certificates with self-attested copies must be produced at the time of Certificate Verification. A rank list is prepared based on marks secured in the selection process. If two or more candidates secure the same marks, relative merit is decided based on seniority in age. The rank list remains valid for up to 18 months from the date of reporting of the last candidate, or until a fresh notification for the same post is issued.
