Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited is recruiting 160 Apprentices posts including Graduate & Diploma Apprentice, with Any Graduate, Diploma, B.Tech/B.E qualification, last date 24 July 2026.

The 160 apprenticeship seats are distributed across Graduate Apprentice and Diploma Apprentice categories in Electrical/EEE Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc., BBA, and BCOM streams, with reserved seats for SC, ST, and OBC candidates.

Graduate Apprentices (Engineering & Non-Engineering) will receive ₹12,300 per month, while Diploma Apprentices will receive ₹10,900 per month. No hostel or transport allowance is provided. To apply for CSPDCL Apprenticeship 2026-27, candidates must be a domicile of Chhattisgarh, hold a relevant degree or diploma from a recognised university/institution, and must not have prior work experience of one year or more, or be currently undergoing similar training elsewhere. Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): B.E. / B.Tech degree in Electrical, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university. Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. / BBA / BCOM from a recognised university in the relevant stream. Diploma Apprentice (Engineering): Diploma in Electrical / EEE or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution. The applicant must be a permanent resident / domicile of Chhattisgarh state. CSPDCL selects apprentices purely on the basis of a merit list prepared from marks scored in the qualifying degree or diploma examination. No separate written test or interview is conducted. Candidate selection will be done strictly through a merit list based on marks obtained in the bachelor's degree or diploma examination. There is no written test or interview for this apprenticeship. The higher the percentage in your qualifying exam, the better your chances of selection. All selected candidates must submit a declaration at the time of joining, confirming they have not previously received training under the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended up to 2025) at any establishment.

Applicants must attach self-attested photocopies of educational certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, and the NATS Registration Form along with the application. Photocopy of 10th and 12th marksheets. Photocopy of graduation / diploma marksheet and passing certificate. Permanent caste certificate issued by a competent authority of Chhattisgarh Government (for SC / ST / OBC candidates). Permanent domicile certificate (proof of Chhattisgarh residency). NATS Registration Form (from www.nats.education.gov.in) with Registration Number clearly filled in. Self-Affidavit Requirement: If more than one year has elapsed since result declaration but less than five years, a self-affidavit on a ₹10 stamp paper is required. If the gap is five years or less, a ₹20 stamp paper self-affidavit must be submitted.

All applicants must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at www.nats.education.gov.in before submitting their CSPDCL application. The NATS Registration Number must be mentioned on the application form and the envelope - this is mandatory. The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is operated under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Registration on this platform is a mandatory prerequisite for all apprenticeship programs regulated under the Apprentices Act. Candidates who do not have a valid NATS registration number cannot submit a valid application. Steps to Register on NATS: Visit the NATS Portal: Go to www.nats.education.gov.in . Completing the CSPDCL apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent or temporary employment with CSPDCL. The training is purely for skill development under the Apprentices Act. The apprenticeship training period is one year only. Completion of training does not entitle the apprentice to any regular or temporary employment with CSPDCL. Candidates with prior work experience of one year or more are ineligible. Graduates whose result was declared more than five years ago are not eligible . No hostel accommodation or transport allowance is provided. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances. All other terms and conditions are governed by the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended in 1973, 1986, 2014, 2019, and 2025).
