Interview dates: 20, 21 and 22 August 2026 at Station HQ Jammu, starting at 0830 hrs. Reporting time for interview: Candidates must reach between 0845 hrs and 1400 hrs on their scheduled day.

A total of 27 vacancies are available across 15 posts at ECHS Polyclinic Jammu. The category-wise vacancy breakup, as per the official notice, is given below. Note: Vacancies may be changed as mentioned in the official notice.

Candidates must meet the minimum qualification and work experience requirements specified for each post. The maximum age for engagement is subject to performance of the candidate, as mentioned in the official notice. Preference will be given to Ex-servicemen. Minimum work experience ranges from 2 years to 5 years depending on the post, as detailed in the vacancy table above. Candidates must be able to produce proof of this experience at the time of the interview.

Selection for ECHS Jammu recruitment 2026 will be based on a personal interview. Candidates must report to Station HQ Jammu on their scheduled date among 20, 21, and 22 August 2026, between 0845 hrs and 1400 hrs. Selected candidates will be required to undergo 10 days of On the Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from the Officer-in-Charge (OIC), ECHS Polyclinic Jammu, before signing the contract. The OJT period will remain unpaid and is a mandatory requirement before the candidate is assigned charge as a contractual employee.

Applications received after 11 August 2026 (1100 hrs) will not be accepted. Candidates must bring all original certificates, mark sheets, discharge book, PPO, and two passport-size colour photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DA (Travelling Allowance/Dearness Allowance) will be admissible for attending the interview. Only candidates meeting the qualitative requirements may apply.
