Selection is based on a merit list prepared from the candidate's academic qualification marks, additional experience marks, and Walk-in Interview marks. There is no written examination. The weightage differs by post category: Work experience marks (all posts): 1 year = 1 mark, 2 years = 2 marks, 3 years = 3 marks, 4 years = 4 marks, 5 years or more = maximum 5 marks. Experience beyond 3 years counting less than 6 months is not rounded up to a full year, and experience of less than 6 months earns no marks.
