• Recheck fee is typically Rs. 100 per subject.
• A maximum of 2 subjects can generally be applied for reassessment, irrespective of the number of backlogs.
• In reassessment, the answer sheet is evaluated fresh by a different examiner.
• If the result is Pass and the difference in marks is less than 10% of maximum marks, no second reassessment is done.
• If the difference is 10% or more, a second reassessment is done and the final result is the average of both reassessments.
• The result is not revised if the reassessment outcome is lower (adverse) than the original.
