ICSIL Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for Data Entry Operator, MTS and Driver Posts

This notification is issued solely to create a panel of eligible candidates for present and future manpower requirements of various client departments. The official notification does not specify the number of vacancies against each post. The posts covered under this panel are Data Entry Operator, MTS and Driver. Candidates must meet the educational qualification and age limit prescribed for each post to be considered for empanelment. The requirements for each post are detailed below. The minimum educational qualification varies by post, as listed in the table below. The age limit for the Data Entry Operator (Graduate level) post is 21 to 45 years, while the age limit for the remaining posts is 18 to 45 years, as shown below. The notification lists a desirable post-qualification work experience of 1-2 years for all four posts, in accordance with the Minimum Wages of GNCTD. Remuneration for all posts under this panel is fixed as per the Minimum Wages of the Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD). The official notification does not mention a fixed monthly pay figure.

Age Limit

Candidates must pay a one-time registration fee before applying for any post through the ICSIL website. Registration Fee: Rs. 590/- (Non-refundable)

Empanelment under this notification is based on the application ID sequence, followed by document verification and, where required, an interview or interaction conducted by the client department. Candidates found eligible after scrutiny of age, educational qualification, experience and other prescribed conditions will be empanelled. Where the client department makes the final selection, empanelled candidates are sent for consideration in a ratio of 1:3, in increasing order of Application ID. Candidates not selected are placed back in the panel at the end. Where ICSIL itself deploys manpower, empanelled candidates are sent as per increasing Application ID for the number required by the department. Candidates may be called for interview, interaction, or any other selection process prescribed by the client department. Absence at this stage will lead to cancellation of selection. Empanelment

Candidates must carry original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification. This notification is issued solely for panel formation and does not guarantee a fixed number of vacancies or job offers. The panel shall remain valid for a minimum of two years and may be revised, extended or cancelled at any time by ICSIL. Selected candidates may be deployed anywhere in Delhi/NCR and may be required to work in shifts or rotational duties. No additional conveyance allowance will be paid. No TA/DA is admissible for attending document verification, interview, interaction or any stage of the selection process. Fifteen days' salary will be retained as a refundable security deposit, in two equal instalments from the first two months' salary. It will be refunded with applicable savings bank interest on completion of the contractual period and submission of a No Dues Certificate. The engagement remains valid for the prescribed contractual period or until a regular incumbent joi
