Notwithstanding the selection and placement of AGTs for training, the selected candidates, on absorption, can be posted in any of the States/Projects/Establishment(s) of IFFCO in India.

Candidates applying for IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Recruitment 2026 should meet the following educational and language requirements. Educational Qualification: Four-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) full-time regular degree from a University/Institute recognized by the UGC/AICTE. Minimum Marks (General/OBC): Minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree. Minimum Marks (SC/ST): Minimum aggregate of 55% marks in the B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree. Candidates who have a CGPA score must convert it into percentage while filling in the application form. Language: Candidates must be well versed in reading, writing and speaking the regional language of the State for which the application is made. Knowing one or more languages will be an added advantage, and knowledge of Hindi is desirable. Training Period: Selected candidates will undergo a training period of one year.
