As stated in both notifications, the date of the Detailed Notification will be reckoned as the crucial date in all aspects, including age eligibility and educational qualification cut-offs.

A total of 90 provisional vacancies are on offer, as detailed below. The Commission has noted in both notifications that the number of vacancies is subject to variation upon confirmation from the concerned department. Within Notification No. 25/2026, Hostel Welfare Officer Grade-II posts alone total 73 (21 + 23 + 29), and Notification No. 26/2026 accounts for the remaining 17 posts (11 + 6). Both notifications are for General Recruitment.

For both notifications, applicants must possess the requisite educational qualification as on the date of the Detailed Notification, not the date of the Brief Notification.

Age limit is not specified in either Brief Notification. This information, along with community-wise reservation details, will be published in the Detailed Notification on or before 9 October 2026.

Applicants must satisfy themselves regarding the terms and conditions of the respective Recruitment Notification before applying online. The number of vacancies notified is provisional and subject to variation upon confirmation from the concerned department.
