• Visit the official DME Madhya Pradesh counselling portal, dme.mponline.gov.in.
• Click on the link for "NEET UG Counselling 2026 - Round 2 Registration" (for fresh candidates) or the registration edit option, as applicable.
• Enter your NEET UG 2026 details, including roll number, application number, date of birth, and personal information.
• Pay the applicable counselling registration fee and security deposit online using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
• Upload scanned copies of the required documents - NEET UG 2026 scorecard, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), and photo ID.
• Complete e-verification or physical verification of documents, as required by DME.
