MSC Bank has announced a total of 139 vacancies under four trainee categories for its 2026-27 recruitment drive. The administration reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies. The post-wise vacancy distribution is as follows: Note: 5% reservation in Trainee Associate, Trainee Typist, and Trainee Driver posts is available for wrestlers who have represented Maharashtra at International/National level competitions and won Gold medals or been awarded Maharashtra Kesri/Hind Kesri.

Eligibility requirements differ by post for both educational qualifications and age limits. All candidates must have passed the Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects and must be domiciled in Maharashtra State (Domicile Certificate is mandatory). Age is calculated as on 01 June 2026. Education: Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Candidates with Bachelors/Masters in Law or JAIIB/CAIIB/MSCIT certifications, or work experience in Treasury/International Banking will be preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in Banking field, preferably in Urban/DCC Bank as an Officer (Officer Cadre — first level where Clerk level exists, or second level where it does not). Application fees are uniform for all candidate categories (no SC/ST/OBC fee waiver is mentioned in the official notification). Fees must be paid online only — no other mode is accepted — between 11 June 2026 and 01 July 2026. Fees are non-refundable once paid. Payment can be made via Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards, or Mobile Wallets. All selected candidates will be engaged as Trainees for 12 months, during which a monthly stipend is paid. After successful training, candidates are placed in the Bank's regular grade with revised emoluments. Post-confirmation, a probation of 6 months follows before permanent absorption.

The selection methodology varies by post but all posts involve an online written examination conducted by IBPS, followed by an additional stage specific to the post. Candidates must score at least 50% (100 marks out of 200) in the written test for officer/associate posts and 50% (60 marks out of 120) for the Driver post to be shortlisted for the next round. The online written test will be held at centres across Maharashtra. Candidates cannot request a change of centre once allotted. Personal Interview and Skill Test will be held at Mumbai. Exam Centres: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / MMR Region, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nanded, and Kolhapur .

Candidates wondering about post-appointment obligations should note that selected candidates must execute an undertaking on Rs. 500/- stamp paper committing to serve MSC Bank for a minimum of 4 years from the date of joining. In case of default, voluntary resignation, or termination before the expiry of 4 years, the candidate is required to pay Rs. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakh) as liquidated damages and execute a surety bond for Rs. 1,00,000/- from two income tax payees as sureties.
