Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). 18 years of experience in finance, recovery, accounts, costing, taxation, risk assessment, audit, resource management, project evaluation, financing, monitoring, and related functions. At least 5 years of experience must be at Level-13 of the Pay Matrix (according to the 7th CPC) or an equivalent post. Candidates currently working in the private sector must have a CTC comparable to the designated pay scale of candidates working in government or public sector undertakings (PSUs). Holder of CFA, FRM, PRM, or CS qualifications. Experience in cooperative banking will be given preference. 52 years as of 31 August 2026. Age relaxation for physically disabled persons, ex-servicemen, and NCDC regular employees applies as per Government of India norms.

Self-attested copies of mark sheets and degree certificates for 10th, 12th, graduation, post-graduation, and other qualifications. Self-attested experience certificates and pay slips. SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD, or Ex-Servicemen certificate in the prescribed format, if applicable. No Objection Certificate from current employer (for government, PSU, or statutory body employees). Online payment screenshot or self-attested receipt showing UTR/reference number. Original documents for verification during the selection stage.

Selection comprises shortlisting followed by skill test, written test, oral test, or interview. If applications are high, NCDC may shortlist candidates based on desirable qualifications/experience, higher educational qualifications, relevant experience beyond minimum requirements, calculation of pre/post-qualification experience, or by conducting a recruitment test. Normally, final merit determination carries a 75:25 ratio between recruitment test marks and interview marks.
