Essential Qualification: Doctoral Degree in Science or Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent. Desirable Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within R&D, innovation, or technology-driven environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and verbal skills. Experience in project life cycle management, vendor management, contract management, developing detailed project plans, risk and change management, project reporting, and stakeholder communication. Bachelor or master degrees in a science, engineering, or technology related field, with project management certifications like MSP considered a plus. Responsible for day-to-day coordination, monitoring, administration, financial tracking, and documentation of the ANRF-PAIR project, ensuring timely implementation of activities according to approved objectives, milestones, budgets, and ANRF guidelines. Provide project management and coordination support to the Project Director, Co-Director, and Principal Investigators. Facilitate effective collaboration among Hub and Spoke institutions, monitor project progress and deliverables, and coordinate meetings and project activities. Maintain relevant records and assist in preparing technical, administrative, and financial reports. Manage overall coordination of R&D projects involving internal teams and external collaborators or research partners.
