NPCC Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 22 Junior Engineer, Site Engineer and Consultant Posts

NPCC Recruitment 2026 covers 22 posts split across two locations. 10 posts are for the Engineering & Design Division at NPCC's Corporate Office, Gurugram, and 12 posts are under the Chhattisgarh Zone. The notification states that the number of vacancies may increase or decrease depending on NPCC's requirements.

Eligibility is assessed as on the cutoff date of 31.07.2026 for age, qualification, and post-qualification experience. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply, and all qualifications must be from Indian Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE. Only post-qualification experience gained after the declaration of the qualifying result/certificate, up to the cutoff date, will be counted. Candidates with degrees carrying CGPA/OGPA or a grading system must indicate the equivalent percentage as per their University/Institute's norms.

Consultant-Projects: upper age limit 63 years All other posts: upper age limit 40 years Age relaxation for all posts except Consultant-Projects: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and as per Government of India rules for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates Age is reckoned as on the cutoff date of 31.07.2026

Fees can be paid only through the online payment gateway; no other mode of payment is accepted. Fees once paid are non-refundable and will not be held in reserve for future selections.

In addition to consolidated remuneration, the employer's Provident Fund contribution at 12% will be borne by NPCC, and a fixed Medical Allowance of Rs. 1,250 per month will be paid for all posts except Consultant-Projects. The Selection Committee may offer higher consolidated remuneration based on relevant work experience.

Selection will be based on Personal Interview, or any other appropriate method decided by NPCC depending on the response received for each post. NPCC's decision on the selection method and final result will be final and binding. Selected candidates will be issued an "Offer of Appointment" and must undergo a medical fitness examination by an approved Government hospital/medical board before joining. Merely submitting an application and appearing to meet the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for interview.
