A candidate can apply for only one post among the three listed below. The category-wise vacancy and reservation breakup is as follows: Note: UR = Unreserved, EWS = Economically Weaker Section, OBC (NCL) = Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer), SC = Scheduled Caste. The number of vacancies is provisional and PRL reserves the right to modify vacancies at any stage before the date of examination.

Key eligibility notes: Graduation/Post-Graduation (other than MBA/ACA/FCA/FICWA/AICWA/PG Diploma in Materials Management) must be First Class with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.3 on a 10-point scale. Only candidates with MBA in the specific stream mentioned for each post (HR for Administrative Officer, Finance/Banking Public Systems Management for Accounts Officer, Marketing/Materials Management for Purchase & Stores Officer) are eligible to apply. Experience must be obtained only after acquiring the essential educational qualification, and must be in the relevant field (Administration / Accounts & Finance / Purchase & Stores) in a government office, public body, or a reputed commercial organisation. Selected candidates will be appointed as Officers in Level 10 (₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500) of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, with a minimum basic pay of ₹56,100 per month . The application fee is ₹250 for all posts. Initially, all applicants - including those from fee-exempt categories (Women/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen) - must uniformly pay ₹750 as application fee. Candidates from fee-exemption categories (Women/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen) will get a full refund of the application fee if they attend the written test. UR/EWS/OBC candidates will get a refund of ₹500 if they attend the written test. The application fee will not be refunded to candidates who fail to attend the written test. Correct bank account details with IFSC code must be furnished while filling the online application in order to receive the refund. Selection is through a Written Test followed by an Interview . The written test will be conducted only at Ahmedabad (PRL reserves the right to change the venue). To qualify the written test, candidates must secure at least 40% marks in each part of the objective-type test and a minimum aggregate of 50% in the objective test, plus a minimum of 50% marks in the descriptive-type test. Part D (descriptive) will be evaluated manually only for candidates who have qualified in the other three parts. Based on written test performance, candidates will be shortlisted for interview in a ratio of 1:5 (minimum 10 candidates) against the category-wise number of vacancies.
