KLEE LLM 2026 Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme

As per the official LLM 2026-27 Prospectus, the entrance examination is an objective-type Computer Based Test of 120 minutes duration, divided into two parts, of the standard of the LLB examination.

• Incorrect answer: -1 mark

KLEE LLM 2026 Answer Key Objection Process

Candidates who disagree with any question or the official response can raise an objection through the candidate portal, as per the process laid down in the official Prospectus.

• Mode of objection: Only through the Candidate Portal on cee.kerala.gov.in. Objections sent by post, email, or fax are not accepted.
• Objection fee: Rs. 200 per question, payable online. No complaint is entertained without this fee.
• Objection window: Within 3 days from the date of publication of the provisional answer key (i.e., by 30 July 2026, since the key was published on 27 July 2026).
• Refund: If an objection is found genuine, the fee for that question is refunded.
• Review process: All objections are reviewed by a subject expert committee constituted by CEE. The committee's recommendations are final, and individual replies are not given to candidates.
• Revaluation: There is no provision for revaluation or re-checking of answers, as the evaluation system is fully computerised.

Selection Process

• Candidates appear for the CBT entrance examination.
• CEE publishes the provisional answer key and invites objections.
• Valid objections are reviewed by an expert committee; a final answer key is released.
• Rank list is prepared purely on merit based on the final answer key scores.
• In case of a tie, the candidate with higher marks in Part A is ranked higher; if the tie persists, the elder candidate is preferred.
• Qualified candidates participate in the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) by registering college/course options online.
• Seats are allotted based on rank, category eligibility, and options exercised.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• No re-examination will be conducted for any candidate unable to appear on the scheduled date/time, for any reason.
