Candidates must fulfil the essential qualification and experience requirements stipulated for the position: Essential Qualification: B.Com/ BBA with 5 years’ experience in accounts & finance in a reputed organization OR M.Com/ MBA(Finance)/ CA/ ICWA with 3 years’ experience in accounts & finance in a reputed organization. Additional Requirements: Must have IT skills and knowledge of Govt Financial Rules and PFMS. Age Limit: 40 Years, with age relaxation as per GoI norms available to eligible applicants. In all other cases, if a candidate is otherwise suitable, age/experience relaxation may be granted by the Competent Authority.

The post carries monthly consolidated emoluments up to Rs. 56,166/- based on the relevant experience of the candidate. The consolidated emoluments are fixed, and an annual increment is applicable upon the completion of one year of satisfactory services subject to the extension of the project duration. No other perks or allowances are admissible. The contract is initially valid until 31 March 2027 and may be extended further subject to approvals.

Mere fulfilment of the minimum prescribed qualification and experience does not vest any right on a candidate to be called for the selection process. Only candidates shortlisted by a duly constituted Screening Committee will be called for the selection process, and the decision of the Centre in this regard is final.
