Eligibility Criteria

Salary/Stipend

Selected Junior Court Assistants will be placed in Level 6 of the Pay Matrix. The salary details given in the notification are as follows:

Age Limit (as on 01-09-2026)

The age of candidates will be counted as on 01-09-2026. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not more than 30 years old, subject to the relaxations below. Minimum Age: 18 years Maximum Age: 30 years Usual age relaxation is admissible to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer), Physically Challenged and Ex-servicemen, as per the Government of India's rules. Relaxation up to a maximum of five years, over and above the prescribed upper age limit of thirty years, is admissible to dependents of freedom fighters. The selection of Supreme Court Junior Court Assistant will be made through the following four stages. Candidates have to appear in all the tests, and the minimum qualifying marks must be secured in each.
