Important Information About Withheld Results

The university notification includes a key note for students whose results are marked as withheld. This is an important administrative detail that all students should be aware of before assuming their result is missing.

As per the decision taken in the Executive Council meeting held on 15 May 2017 (Agenda Item No. 4), students whose results are withheld for any reason must submit the required documents to the university office within six months from the date of the result declaration. Cases received after this deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.

• Late submission: Applications will be accepted for an additional 3 days with a late fee of ₹200/-
• After deadline: No applications will be accepted under any circumstances after the extended window closes
