The seats are for a one-year apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 for session 2026-27. The stipend amount is not specified in the notice. The notice says the stipend details are on the BBMB website (bbmb.gov.in). The contracts of the selected candidates will be registered under the NAPS Portal. The notice also says that contracts for the 7 Lineman Apprentice seats will be issued as and when a vacancy arises, on the basis of the merit list. That merit list is valid up to 28.02.2027.

There is no interview and no written exam. Eligible candidates will be selected from the database of the apprenticeship portal (NAPS/NATS).
