The 15 posts are distributed across seven academic areas as follows:

Master's Degree / MBA / 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant or allied discipline from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 60% marks throughout academic years, or equivalent CGPA, is required. Candidates pursuing or having completed a Ph.D. in Management or a relevant/allied discipline may also be considered, subject to fulfilment of prescribed requirements. Maximum age limit: 32 years as on the last date of application. The age limit can be extended up to 35 years for Ph.D. holders or candidates with relevant experience. Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Central Government rules, subject to submission of the prescribed certificate(s). Assist in scheduling classes, examinations, and academic activities. Prepare and circulate timetables, notices, and official communications. Maintain academic records, attendance, files, and documentation. Support faculty in course administration, grading support, and academic coordination. Coordinate meetings, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures. Assist in examination processes, invigilation, and handling of examination materials. Address routine student queries related to academics and examinations. Support organization of institutional events and academic programmes. Perform additional duties assigned by the Institute.

The selection process may include one or more of the following stages, as decided by the Competent Authority based on the requirements of the post and the number of applications received: Written Test Skill/Competency Test Personal Interview Any other mode of assessment deemed appropriate by the Institute The assessment may evaluate a candidate's domain knowledge, aptitude, general ability, and suitability for the position. Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply. The posts are purely contractual; candidates will have no right to claim regularization or absorption in the Institute. The appointment is for a fixed term of up to two years, extendable based on performance and institutional requirements, with total tenure not exceeding four years.
