How to Check the AP RCET 2026 Seat Allotment Result

Once released, candidates can check their allotment status on rcet.che.ap.gov.in by logging in with the following credentials:

• Application Number
• Hall Ticket Number
• Date of Birth

The result will indicate whether a research seat has been allotted, and if so, in which participating state university and department.

Seat Acceptance and Admission Process After the Result

Candidates allotted a seat in AP RCET 2026 Phase 1 must complete a three-step admission process within the given timeline. Missing these steps can lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

1. Online Self-Reporting (July 25 to July 30, 2026)

Candidates satisfied with their allotted university and research department must log into the candidate portal and confirm their seat through the online Self-Reporting system. Completing self-reporting within this window is mandatory. Failure to self-report in time will result in automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.

2. Admission Fee Payment

Candidates must pay the applicable tuition and admission processing fees online through the APSCHE payment gateway, using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. The computer-generated transaction receipt should be retained for physical verification.

3. Physical Reporting and Document Verification (Expected July 26 to July 31, 2026)

Allotted candidates must report in person to the Registrar or Head of the Department (HOD) of the assigned university with original certificates and self-attested photocopies for document verification.

APSCHE's role is limited to the centralized seat allotment for university departments. The allocation of Ph.D. research supervisors/guides is handled separately by the respective University Research Committees (URCs), after candidates complete their admission formalities.
