Who Can Participate in NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 2?

• Candidates who did not get any seat allotted in Round 1
• Candidates who chose the "Float" option after Round 1 allotment and wish to try for a better seat
• Fresh candidates who did not register for Round 1 counselling at all

Candidates who selected "Freeze" in Round 1 are treated as having accepted that seat as final and are not eligible to participate in Round 2.
